The most glamorous of careers often hide the most piteous stories underneath. Lolo was able to achieve her current job through a long-running struggle and perseverance. Jones was born into a homeless family with five children who lived in conditions of hardship and poverty when she was a kid, endured an extremely challenging childhood. Her mother and she lived in the cellar of a local church. Jones' nomadic lifestyle made her change school every year up to high school. Jones moved away from her mom to Theodore Roosevelt to allow her to focus on her interest in track. Jones was a resident of four homes during her high school years in order to study in one place. Jones took home an award called the Gatorade Iowa Track and Field Athletics of the Year prize during her time at school. She also was a part of the school orchestra, being cellist. Jones at the time she was going to university, was among the of the best hurdlers. In 2002, at the NCAA Track and Field Championships, Jones won the 100-meters hurdles. Additionally, she was on the team that placed first in the 100-meter relay event. Jones was a winner of the indoor hurdles at NCAA Championships in both 2003 and 2004. Jones started her career with the year 2005, after she finished her master's degree. She started training to pursue a track career that would be successful. She was a winner in both races, including the Torino Memorial and the Heusden Track races in the same year.
Brandt was raised and born in Cape Town, South African. The actress immigrated in Auckland New Zealand with her family in her late teens. Discovered by local casting directors Brandt played the part as Naevia for the Starz popular Spartacus: Blood and Sand as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. She was one of the main stars of the show, collaborating with Steven S. D Knight & Sam Raimi. She was a part of the cult Netflix series Lucifer with a six years run as the fan favourite comic book character of Vertigo and DC Mazikeen. Forbes named Lucifer the show that was most watched of 2021. Brandt is set to appear opposite Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira in the limited edition of 6 episodes Walking Dead spin-off which airs in 2024. In the summer of 2023's Netflix adult animated show Captain Fall, Brandt stars alongside Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan Chris Meloni. Lesley Ann Brandt was a South African native who was born on 2nd December 1981. She's a talented New Zealand actor. Lesley Brandt and her family made the move to Auckland, New Zealand in 1999. After some time working in retail and then being promoted to the position of IT manager consultant. Lesley has appeared in several commercial ads after several modeling jobs. Her graduation was with a degree of acting in 2008. After 2009, she furthered her education using the Meisner method of learning. Her first big performance was as an actor in the New Zealand TV drama Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt has shown up on the New Zealand TV drama series Shortland Street with a performance as a support. She also appeared in This Is Not My Life, which was based on the fictional town of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast in the Television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia who was a young hostage and was later featured on the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena mini-series.
